Particulars:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The vessel is transom stern, raked stern and bulbous bow. The vessel has one continual deck (upper deck), four tiers deckhouse (accommodation) for 21 persons and wheelhouse in aft, and forecastle. The vessel is divided into the following compartments below upper deck:

•-            Fore peak / bow thruster room

•-            Cargo tank / W.B. Deep tank

•-            Engine room / Aft peak.

The vessel is equipped with single fixed propeller driven by diesel engine.

Double bottom is in engine room and cargo tank region. Double skin is in cargo tank region.

Catwalk is arranged from poop to forecastle.

Cargo tank section fitted with centre line bulkhead, double bottom and 5 pairs of cargo tanks, 1 pair of slop tanks and 1 residual tank on upper deck.

Wing tanks and double bottom in cargo area, forepeak and aft peak is water ballast.

Fuel oil tank in engine room.

MAIN ENGINE:

1x MAK 9M25, MCR 2970kw at 750rpm

PROPELLER:

WÄRTSILÄ -CME fixed four blades pitch Ni-AL-BRONZE propeller. Dia. 4130mm.

CARGO PUMPS (FRAMO):

10 hydraulic driven vertical submerged deepwell cargo pumps, one in each tank. Pump capacity of 300 cbm/h at 110 mlc with cargo of s.g. 0.8. Max discharge rate 1200 cbm/h.

2 slop tank pumps. Pump capacities 100 cbm/h respectively.

Emergency cargo pump 70 cbm/h.

CARGO SEGREGATION

6 segregations arranged with cargo tanks nos: 1-2-3-4-5-slop in pairs.

CARGO AND BALLAST TANK MONITORING SYSTEMS:

RONGDED remote reading system.

Cargo tanks equipped with high and high-high level alarms 95%-98% filling.

Load master loading computer (on-line).

CARGO HEATING:

Heating coils in cargo tanks, residual and slop tanks of stainless steel 316L enabling temperature to increase from 40 deg. C to 50 deg. C in three(3) days at outside ambient temperature of 2 deg. C and sea water temperature of 5 deg. C.

CARGO TANK WASHING:

2 x SCANJET fixed tank washing machines in each cargo tank and one in each slop tank.

1 x portable tank washing machine from same maker.

1 Framo hydraulic driven washing pump.

BALLAST SYSTEM:

Segregated ballast tanks. 2 Framo hydraulic driven ballast pumps. Capacity 250 cbm/h at 2 bar. Cargo tanks can be filled with water via separate line to the cargo manifo1ds.

AUXILIARY ENGINES WITH GENERATORS:

3 x VOLVO D16MG diesel engine with FXEM 1FC2354-4 generator developing 445 kW/1800 rpm,

All generator sets located in 7000mm platform in engine room and run on diesel oil.

1 x VOLVO D7AT diesel engine with FXEM 1FC2281-4 generator developing 107kW/1800rpm as emergency diesel generator

BOILERS:

1 x GREEN SHAZHOU oil fired boiler type LSK5-0.7 with production 5000 kg/h at 8 bar saturated steam burning heavy fuel oil.

1 x GREEN SHAZHOU exhaust gas boiler type GFL80-0.7 with production 957 kg/h saturated steam of 8 bar at MCR of main engine.

BILGE SEPARATOR:

1 x JOWA AB, 3SEP OWS 2.5, Capacity 2.5 cbm/h at 2 bar.

OIL WATER DISCHARGE MONITORING SYSTEM:

JOWA Oil Discharge Monitor.

DECK EQUIPMENT:

2 x low pressure anchor windlasses with mooring winch located on the forecastle deck.

2 x mooring winches located on poop deck.

CRANES:

1 x hydraulic hose handling crane, SWL 4 tons / 16 m.

1 x hydraulic stores crane, SWL 2 tons / 10m, located on port side aft.

FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT:
